Weapons

• Deadly or dangerous weapons whose sole design and purpose is to inflict bodily injury or death are not permitted (per Hawaii Revised Statute

134-51).

• Plastic and wood toy weapons are allowed with or without sheaths, but may not be wielded in a way that they might accidentally strike another guest.

• Firearms are not allowed on premises.

• Guests who do not adhere to the weapons policy may be refused entry and/or removed.

 

Smoking

• Smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce a vapor or smoke are not permitted on county property.

Alcohol Consumption

• Alcoholic beverages purchased in the Honokaʻa Renaissance Faire must be consumed on-premises within the beer/mead garden. No outside alcohol is permitted. All patrons are required to produce valid identification to purchase adult beverages, and no one under the age of 21 will be served. Please drink responsibly.

 

Pets

• Pets are allowed on leash in outdoor areas as long as waste is promptly picked up and disposed of properly.
